Once you have completed and paid for your order, your Santa letter will be generated and emailed to you the same day in a PDF format for printing. These letters from Santa require a color printer.

We can no longer guarantee Send in Mail letter delivery for Christmas. Please choose Print at Home to receive same day. Once you have completed and paid for your order, one of Santa's elves will print your customized letter from Santa on the color template of your choice, place it in Santa's special envelope, and address it to your child. All letters from Santa are mailed the very next business day.
